    With an extensive background in independent schools, Claude's career spans over three decades, where he has assumed multifaceted roles as the Dean of Students, Director of Admission, Dean of Enrollment, Director of Financial Aid, Coach, and Advisor in diverse educational settings, encompassing day, five-day boarding, and seven-day boarding schools. Throughout his remarkable tenure, Claude has revolutionized the field through his groundbreaking paradigms in enrollment management, integrated marketing, and demographic analysis, ushering in a new era of strategic advancement.

    Renowned for his divergent thinking, Claude is consistently sought after by professionals from private schools nationwide, eagerly anticipating his presentations on his latest masterpiece, "The Five Pillars: A Customizable Strategy for Marketing to Full Paying Families." As the former Chair of the Admission Training Institute for the Enrollment Management Association, Claude's profound insights have not only shaped the training and development of Admission Directors and Deans of Enrollment, but have also captivated audiences at prestigious regional and national events.

    Claude Anderson's co-creation of the Advancing Scholars and Leaders program, in collaboration with Therese Collins, Director of Enrollment Management at The Hewitt School, stands as a monumental achievement in his distinguished career. This transformative initiative targeted Native, African, and Latinx students, focusing on recruitment, retention, and college placement. The outcomes were exceptional, with increased representation of students of color in advanced courses, a higher percentage of awards received, and impressive college placements, including a notable presence at Princeton University.

    Claude's impact transcends his speaking engagements. He has provided invaluable consulting services to a select group of schools, sharing his wealth of knowledge and expertise. To date, he has trained and influenced approximately 1200 admission professionals, etching an enduring mark on the field. Recognizing his exceptional contributions, Claude was bestowed with the illustrious Everett E. Gourley Award by the Enrollment Management Association (EMA), a testament to his unwavering dedication and unparalleled leadership in the realm of admission. Furthermore, he has served on the board of the Association of Independent School Admission Professionals (AISAP), further cementing his status as a distinguished luminary within the admission sphere.
